It’s a beautiful day in Tsinandali, Georgia. I have just arrived at the Radisson Collection Estate Hotel. It has been two days since I took my most recent shot of Dupixent, and 7.5 months since I have been on the drug.

The day before yesterday was a fire. Yesterday, dupixent partially put it out. Today, I am red as a tomato again. I am tired, and I don’t know how long I can do this.

I want to enjoy my vacation in Georgia, but instead, am in bed writing this. I want to be indoors all the time. My neck and nipples itch. My eyes burn. I have small, non-itchy patches on various parts of my body. They don’t itch, because dupixent puts the fires out. But they are dry, and red. My husband keeps point.

Yet somehow, this is the best I have felt in ten years.

Welcome to Dupixent Diaries. A blow by blow of what it feels like to be on eczema’s ‘miracle drug’.
